Plain Bearings Classification and Features

(1) GE ... E Type: Single every outer ring, no oil tank. Can withstand the radial load and smaller axial load in either direction.

(2) GE ... ES type: single slit outer ring, with oil tank. Can withstand the radial load and smaller axial load in either direction.

(3) GE ... ES-2RS type, GEEW ... ES-2RS type: single Thrust Ball Bearings‍ slit outer ring, with oil tank, sides with a ring. Can withstand the radial load and smaller axial load in either direction.

(4) GE ... ESN type: single slit outer ring, GE ... XSN type: double-slit outer ring (split outer ring), with oil tank, with snap groove on the outer ring. Can withstand the radial load and smaller axial load in either direction. But by the snap ring axial load to bear, its ability to withstand axial load is reduced.

(5) GE ... HS type: inner ring with oil tank, double half of the outer ring, the wear and tear clearance can be adjusted. Can withstand the radial load and smaller axial load in either direction.

(6) GE ... DE1 type: truck mounted crane bearing‍ inner ring of flanged ball bearing steel, the outer ring of the bearing steel. When the inner assembly extrusion, with oil tank and oil hole. Inside diameter of less than 15mm bearings, no lubrication groove and hole. Can withstand the radial load and smaller axial load in either direction.

(7) GE ... DEM1 type: inner ring of hardened bearing steel, the outer ring of the bearing steel. When assembling extruded inner bearing into the bearing housing, the pressure on the outer ring of the bearing axial end ditch fixed. Can withstand the radial load and smaller axial load in either direction.

(8) GE ... DS type: outer ring fitting groove and lubrication ship loader bearing‍ groove. Limited to large-sized bearing. Can withstand the radial load and any direction of smaller axial load (fitting groove side can not bear axial load).
