Tips for miniature bearing heating

• the yoke placed  on the end face of the host .

• insert the plug into a power socket with switches.

• check the grounding wire, after the power is switched on with the test pencil test.

• press the start button, the main power switch.

• check the yoke to ground shall be voltage free.

• press the stop button to stop the host power, heating.

• according to the linear ball bearing with different specifications or other workpiece, choosing different sets of the yoke, the yoke on the top surface of the host,  should be smooth.

• heating high speed bearings , the sensor should be inserted into the Sensor Socket, and will be close to the workpiece is heated sensor.

Rotating system of high speed bearings  require  precision dynamic balancing.Installation bearing part of shaft and hole  is higher than the general requirements for the dimensional accuracy and the position accuracy .

  LYHY bearings, especially the verticality of coaxiality and shoulder block seat hole or shaft neck, and in consideration of these problems, we must  pay attention to the high speed factors bearing in operation and high temperature factor.

  Shaft bearing system requires high rigidity,  as far as possible the light quality. In order to overcome this contradiction,we can  take measures  to improve the supporting stiffness ,such as reducing the surface roughness and improving the surface strengthening  , or using  hollow shaft to reduce the quality of the system etc.
